01.Eligibility & Parental Consent
You must be at least 13 years of age to register an individual Play Buddy account. If you are between the ages of 13 and the age of legal majority in your country of residence (typically 18), your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf before you use our services.
Parents and legal guardians are strictly responsible for the acts of their minor children when using Play Buddy Games online systems, including any financial transactions authorized on connected payment methods.
02.User Accounts & Security
When creating a Play Buddy account or connecting third-party credentials (such as Steam Network), you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and two-factor authentication keys.
Account sharing, selling, renting, or trading of Play Buddy accounts is strictly prohibited. Play Buddy Games accepts no liability for losses or damages arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
03.Limited Software License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Play Buddy Games Ltd grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download, install, and access our games for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, derive source code from, or create derivative works of any game binaries, network protocols, server communications, or proprietary data formats owned by Play Buddy Games Ltd.
04.Virtual Currencies, Items & Shared Economies
Our games feature persistent simulation mechanics involving in-game cash, contracts, land, machinery, properties, and commodities. You acknowledge and agree that in-game currencies and virtual items possess no monetary value in the real world and do not constitute real-world property.
Trading, selling, or purchasing in-game assets, currency, or faction standing for real-world money (Real Money Trading / RMT) outside of our authorized platform features is strictly prohibited and constitutes an immediate material breach resulting in permanent account termination.
05.Code of Conduct & Prohibited Acts
Play Buddy Games maintains zero tolerance for disruptive, hateful, or abusive behavior. When accessing our services, you agree not to:
- Engage in harassment, hate speech, discrimination, threats of violence, or predatory behavior.
- Dox, publish, or solicit the private real-world personal information of any player or studio staff.
- Exploit bugs, unintended economic glitches, server de-syncs, or memory manipulation tools.
- Distribute commercial spam, phishing URLs, or malware across in-game communications.
06.Anti-Cheat & Telemetry Audits
To maintain fair competition in our persistent universes, our client software includes automated integrity checks, memory anomaly detection, and server-side statistical telemetry. By running our software, you consent to our automated anti-cheat systems analyzing game-related process handles and memory states.
07.Intellectual Property & User Generated Content
All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, artwork, sound design, source code, and persistent world assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Play Buddy Games Ltd. If you submit content, custom vehicle liveries, or feedback, you grant Play Buddy Games a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and adapt such material.
08.Account Suspension & Termination
Play Buddy Games reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or delete any user account without prior notice if we reasonably believe that the account has engaged in cheating, fraud, illicit RMT, harassment, or violation of these Terms.
09.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Play Buddy Games Ltd and its directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of virtual items, data, or gameplay progress.
10.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
